Who I am
Hey, I'm Graham. Before this I spent years leading restaurant floors and various projects in a neuroscience research lab, while freelance writing and editing across various industries over the last year. I'm new to email marketing specifically and, although I learn quickly, I'd like to be upfront about that. My standard in doing this is to not write anything I wouldn't want to receive myself. That means no fear, shame, or fake urgency tactics. Just clean, direct, value-oriented language and strategy that meets customers where they are, while winning you more business.
